Gloria Werner has over 30 years of experience as a Business Manager with the Archdiocese of Chicago and a Manager/Assistant to Partner at an Engineering Consulting Firm in downtown Chicago. Her experience includes strong organizational skills, payroll experience, budgets, annual reports, benefits, organized events, campaigns and meetings, and management of several employees.
As Office Manager at Paragon Clinical, Gloria manages the office staff coordinating payroll, credentialing, billing, orienting, and bookkeeping administration.
In addition, Gloria serves as the facilitator for the Caring Team at Paragon Clinical. This Caring Team promotes a culture of caring for all employees that follows the Core Values of the Company.
