Our goal at Paragon Clinical is to have a Caring Company Culture, where our employees are not just “a number” but a very important and valued member of the Paragon family.
Caring for the physical, emotional, and spiritual lives of our employees is important to us. We strive to do this through our chaplain services, to help employees in the areas of stress management, marriage and family issues, illness, grief support, and much more. Our chaplain is available for our employees 24/7 to speak on the phone, meet in person, make hospital visits, or anything else that our employees may need in times of crisis, or simply in need of a friend to reach out to.
Our “Caught You Caring Program” provides an opportunity for employees to be rewarded for demonstrating our core values of compassion, integrity, clinical excellence, professionalism and hope. We also have a Caring Team, who focuses on meeting the physical, emotional and spiritual needs of our employees in very tangible ways. We offer regular regional luncheons and dinners where employees can meet, socialize and receive a lunch/dinner “on the company.” Paragon also sponsors employee/family activities such as Christmas parties, picnics, volunteer projects for local charities and more.
