Primary Palliative Care
Our mission is to relieve suffering by providing state-of-the-art care to patients with advanced illnesses. Above all, we put the dignity of the patient at the center of all we do.
What do we offer?
Improved Quality of Life
Primary Palliative Care is an approach that improves the quality of life for patients experiencing problems associated with life-threatening illness. We implement the ABCDE method to empower the patients and their families.
Our goal is to prevent and relieve suffering by treating pain and other physical problems, as well as addressing psychosocial and spiritual issues
Support for Families and Caregivers
Primary Palliative Care also aims to improve the quality of life for families and caregivers by providing support for the physical and emotional demands of caregiving. We offer a support system to help patients live as actively as possible and help families cope.
We provide symptom management for pain, nausea/vomiting, shortness of breath, poor appetite, and more. Our nurse practitioners are trained to evaluate and assess patient needs
Interdisciplinary care planning
We implement treatment options based on a patient's individual values and wishes.
Support for End-of-Life Decisions
Paragon Clinical offers partnership with social workers to help with any end-of-life decisions. We also provide bereavement support to families in need.
